Labfit Robotic & Automatic Loss on Ignition
Labfit offers 2 Loss on Ignition (LOI) analyzers for use with Coal, Coking Coal, Cements, Pigments, Iron Ores, Bauxite and other organic materials. The TGA3000 Automated Thermogravimetric Analyzer and the TGA4000 Robotic Loss on Ignition system for high demand, high sample volume production with and accuracy better than 0.05% standard deviation.
Automated Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer
The TGA3000 Thermo-Gravimetic Analyzer or TGA removes the operator from the excessive heat used in thermo-gravimetric analysis. The system is capable of 4 stage TGA analysis and at each stage (temperature set point) the method can be configured to activate Nitrogen, Oxygen or just Air atmospheres. The system analyzer 42 thermo-gravimetric samples at a time and places the analyzed samples onto a cooling rack after analysis in complete.
Robotic Loss on Ignition TGA4000
The Labfit Robotic TGA4000 Loss on Ignition Analyzer is capable of over 1600+ samples per day with an accuracy better than 0.05% standard deviation. The Labfit Robotic Loss on Ignition system is designed for high throughput of production samples without compromising sample accuracy. The system integrates well with LIMS and the user experience is very intuitive. When placed in tandem mode (dual temperature operation) the Labfit Robotic Loss on Ignition system can produce over 3000+ samples per day!
