Nitrate Analysis Automation Using ISE

The Labfit AS3220 Automated Nitrate Analyzer performs analysis on aqueous solutions using the latest in Nitrate Ion Selective Electrode technology. The Labfit Nitrate Analyzer conform to standard methods: EPA 59 FR 62456, 60 FR 37974, APHA 4500-NO3 (D) (G) & AOAC 986.31 but is not limited to only these methods. As the Labfit Nitrate Analyzer features fully configurable methods, the Labfit Nitrate Analyzer can be configured for unlimited analysis methods giving you greater control to meet your local government regulations. The Labfit AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer is ideally suited for water, waste water, ground water & reagent waters. The Labfit Nitrate Analyzer reduces interferences by automatically adding an Ion Strength Adjuster (ISA) solution to the sample.

The Labfit Nitrate Analyzer has Quality Control features that allow you to add QC or in-house Nitrate standards anywhere within the system.

Simplifying Nitrate Analysis using Titration Algorithyms

The The Labfit AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer uses advanced titration algorithms to determine the end point for each analysis. By utilising the syringe pump that is supplied with the instrument we are able to accurately add the ISA solution to within 0.01% while reading the electrode data, therefore you can be assured all your Nitrate results are accurate and meet your method requirements. Analyzing Nitrates by ISE reduces your sample preparation times so that your staff can be assigned to other laboratory duties.

Accurate Buffer Dispensing

The syringe pump accurately dispenses buffer solutions into your samples upon condition set within the method. The pump automatically refills itself during a measurement, saving time so the syringe is always full.
