Nitrate ISE Automation
Automate your Nitrate Measurements using ISE
The Labfit AS3220 Nitrate Analyser uses Ion Selective Electrodes (ISE) to measure Nitrates in Water, Waste Water, Ground Water, Soils and other organic Aqueous solutions. Measurement of Nitrate by ISE is far cheaper especially when you automate it by using the Labfit AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer. The system holds up to 180 samples in 3 racks and ensures sample accuracy through method configurations. The Labfit AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer conforms to these standard test methods for Nitrate using Ion Selective Electrodes: EPA 59 FR 62456, 60 FR 37974, APHA 4500-NO3 (D) (G), AOAC 986.31 but is not limited to these methods.
Affordable Accurate Nitrate Measurements by ISE
Why use expensing Ion Chromatography or Flow Injection Instrumentation when an Ion Selective Electrode can do the job just as accurately? The Labfit AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer utilizes accurate syringe pumps to inject an Ionic Strength Adjustor solution to prevent ammonia interferences automatically. The AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer includes standards positions for ISE calibration and these positions can be used before or during an Nitrate analysis. The AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer has an auto-calibration feature which can be utilized upon conditional parameters set within the method. With the AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer very little sample preparation is required. In fact all the system needs is an aqueous solution and the AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer takes care of the rest.
Features of the AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer
Utilizing the automatic ISE calibration from within your method parameters, the AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer ensures sample accuracy to deliver quality results you can rely on. The system automatically adds the ion strength adjuster solution to the sample while reading the Nitrate electrode response. Up to 180 samples can be analyzed for Nitrate content by the ISE probes unattended, this added benefit allows for extra Nitrate sample to be analyzed at the end of the day. The Nitrate analysis is fully automated and the system will adhere to any method parameter/setting you specify including “conditional” parameters such as, wash, calibrate, stability and sample time. Conditional parameter instruct the AS3220 Nitrate Analyzer to perform certain functions based upon method limits/settings.
