ION3250 Bromide ISE Analyzer

The Labfit ION3250 Bromide ISE Analyzer uses an Ion Selective Electrode to measure Bromide in drinking water, natural surface waters, groundwaters, domestic and industrial wastewaters, and in soil extracts and conforms to standard methods; ASTM D4646-87, D5233-92 or D3987-85, EPA 9211, 60 FR 37974 but is not limited to these methods. The ION3250 Bromide ISE Analyzer first equilibrates the Bromide electrode in a Bromide standard before use and this position can be saved as an “end of run” feature within the method, thus allowing you quicker access to the next analysis run rather than waiting for electrode equilibrium.

Bromide ISE Analyzer Features

The ION3250 Bromide ISE Analyzer allows for calibration of the Bromide electrode at the beginning of the analysis with further calibration available automatically if the Quality Control or in-house standard when measured are out of tolerance. The ION3250 Bromide ISE Analyzers software will display electrode failure and prompt you to either change the electrode or continue the analysis. All calibration slopes are recorded and output from the system to either your LIMS or file output.  Within the method you can set the QC or Calibration standard to every “n” sample and also perform a calibration check at the end of the run. These method features and more offer powerful tools to ensure accurate and reliable Bromide ISE measurements.

Powerful Quality Controls

Add your QC or “In-House” standard anywhere within the system and configure the upper and lower limits for it. Options include to calibrate on QC failure, set QC value & range and define measurements controls. The ION3250 Bromide ISE Analyzer uses a stirrer mechanism that will not interfere with the Bromide ISE measurement. The stirrer speed can be controlled by the method by simply typing in a desired stirrer speed. The ION3250 Bromide ISE Analyzer has a capacity for up to 180 samples and incorporates various positions for electrode storage, calibration & maintenance. The ION3250 Bromide ISE Analyzer is a automated solution that can analyze your Bromide samples unattended, which means that you can analyze and extra 180 Bromide samples by ISE at the end of the day.
