The Labfit TGA3000 Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer is a fully automated system which can analyze up to 42 samples at a time. The Labfit Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer is ideally suited for organic materials such as; Coal, Coking Coal, Textiles, Iron Ores, Bauxite, Plant Matter, Soils and many more. The operator only needs to place the sample carousel into the system to start the Thermo Gravimetric Analysis. The system’s cooling time is under 2 hours allowing for a very fast sample turn around time, which means more Thermo Gravimetric samples analyzed per day and your operator is not in contact with hot sample carousels. The system incorporates an integrated safety system which prevent the operator from accessing the system during automation. The Labfit TGA3000 Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer analyzes your TGA samples reliably and accurately with better than 0.05% SD, this is done through specially customised analytical balances, so you can be confident of your results.

Thermogravimetric Analyzer Software

The Labfit TGA3000 Thermogravimetric Analzyer supports the import from the Ws3000 Weight Station where all the weights obtained by the WS3000 Weigh Station can be imported directly into the Thermogravimetric Analyzer sample input screen. This saves not only time, but any import from LIMS or sample entry errors that can be easily entered by an operator. The Thermogravimetric Analzyer has the Labfit LIMS import system that can “map” fields from the LIMS to the TGA. Exporting to LIMS is just as easy, you can name the field order for you Thermogravimetric analysis output to suit your LIMS importing requirements.
