Soil Water Addition increases sample throughput

The Labfit Water and Buffer Dispenser automates the process of adding water or buffer solution to your soil samples. The process removes the operator from manually adding the water or buffer solution to the sample and thereby reduces the risk of operator fatigue. The Labfit WD3000 Water Buffer Dispenser adds water or buffer solutions (light acids) to your samples at 8 or 10 at a time and with a dispensing capacity up to 50ml. This significantly increases samples throughput with you being able to analyze your soil samples quicker as a result. The Labfit WD3000 includes positions for 3 AS3000 sample racks or up to 180 soil samples. The system dispenses water or buffer solutions to all sample in under 3 minutes, thats less than 1 second a sample. What’s more, is that the operator does not move a dispensing tube by hand to every soil sample, this being a labor intensive and repetitive task reduces the risk of injury to your operator.

Easy to use Software

The Labfit WD3000 water buffer dispenser incorporates a touch screen so that you can “turn off” dispensing to samples if required. All racks in the system are represented on-screen, and by tapping a sample position, the system will either turn on or off water or buffer dispensing to that position. Once all sample racks are configured for your water buffer dispensing needs, you only then have to “tap” the play icon on-screen to start the dispensing process. The Water Buffer Dispenser incorporates an integrated PC built into the systems controller to minimize valuable bench space.
