AS3000 Nitrate Analyser

The AS3000 Nitrate Analyser measures up to 180 samples using Ion Selective Nitrate probes. With the intelligent software (configurable by the operator at any time) the laboratory Quality Assurance manager can configure the AS3000 Nitrate Analyser in numerous ways to accommodate various analysis methods. Each sample is dosed with a precision syringe pump using an Ionic Strength Adjuster (ISA) solution. The syringe pump can be configured within the software for different syringe sizes, dosing volumes and dispense delays allowing 0.1 to 25mls to be dispensed with an accuracy of <0.1%. Once the solution is added to the sample, the sample and solution are mixed using the automatic stirrer to homogenise the sample salinity and to mask any interfering compounds.

The AS3000 is ideal for application as a:

• Nitrate tester/analyzer
• Ammonia tester/analyzer

The AS3000 Analyser includes a 10 position Quality Assurance sample tray containing samples of known concentration. These are measured before, during and after each batch of analyses. If the known sample is out of the QA limits then the AS3000 Nitrate Analyser will perform a automatic meter calibration. If the Nitrate probe fails to calibrate then the operator will be notified to clean and service the Nitrate ISE probe.

The standard system comes with 3, 60 position sample trays which hold 120ml sample cups. The AS3000 sample trays can be factory modified to suit the laboratories existing sample cups.

The AS3000 is easily configured to suit most LIMS systems using a standard CSV file format. The formatting can be configured to match the outputs or inputs of the LIMS system.
