The AS-3000 now offers an affordable automated solution to online sampling. The system is designed to take samples directly from a pipeline. The process can be remote controlled from a central computer system. 

The AS-3000 incorporates an XYZ Autosampler and uses off-the-shelf pneumatically operated "Poppet" style samplers that can be configured totake different sample sizes from a slurry or a liquid stream. The systemcan be programmed to take samples at set time intervals. The samples takenfrom the stream are dispensed into trays, which can be taken to the laboratory for analysis.

Alternatively the system can be used for the immediate pH, Conductivity or Salinity analysis of the samples prior to dispatch of the trays to the laboratory. The system is PC controlled using innovative software, whichallows for quick and easy calibration of new racks. The software controlsthe sampling process throughout.

The standard AS-3000 system accommodates three racks each holding sixty 30 ml or 60 ml waxed cups. However, the AS-3000 can be designed toaccommodate existing Sample Racks.
